Joshua D. Brinen is the founder and the principal of Brinen & Associates. Mr. Brinen oversees all areas of practice and firm management. Mr. Brinen is a corporate tax and corporate law specialist with a breadth of experience that extends across the broad spectrum of legal matters.

Mr Brinen oversees all corporate legal matters for Grandin Holdings. He also assists with our M&A transactions and setting up the appropriate corporate documents and operating agreements for our acquired portfolio companies.

With offices in New York and Dublin Ireland, Mr. Brinen also has experience in transacting M&A agreements and corporate structure requirements outside of the USA.

He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, Texas and Nevada. He is also qualified to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Courts in the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the United States District Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States District Court in the Northern District of Texas.
